When to Use CSV Exports

While the Analytics dashboard provides visual summaries, raw CSV exports give you complete line-by-line datasets for custom spreadsheet analysis in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or import into accounting software like QuickBooks and Xero.

Available Financial Datasets

Navigate to Dashboard -> Data & Security (`/dashboard/data`) to export:

1. Orders & Transactions Export: Contains Order ID, Customer Name, Contact, Status, Item Details, Total, Tax, Amount Paid, and Payment Method.
2. Inventory Valuation Export: Contains SKU, Product Name, Category, Stock Count, Cost Price, Retail Price, and Total Inventory Asset Value.
3. Customer CRM Directory: Contains Customer Name, Phone, Email, Lifetime Order Count, Total Lifetime Spend, and Loyalty Balance.
4. Payments Ledger Export: Itemized transaction records with M-Pesa receipt codes, timestamps, and gateway verification tokens.
