CSV Data Export & Bulk Catalog Import
Export line-by-line business datasets to CSV for external accounting, or import bulk product inventory catalogs with intelligent column mapping.
Exporting Business Records to CSV
Navigate to Dashboard -> Data & Security (`/dashboard/data`) to download standard CSV files for external analysis or bookkeeping:
- 1. Select Dataset: Choose between Products, Orders, Customers, or Payments Ledger.
- 2. Select Site Scope: Export data for a single branch or across all sites in your organization.
- 3. Download File: Click "Export CSV" to immediately download your clean, UTF-8 formatted CSV spreadsheet.
Bulk Importing Product Catalogs
To migrate products from Shopify, WooCommerce, or an Excel spreadsheet:
- 1. Prepare CSV File: Ensure your file includes columns for Title, Retail Price, SKU, Quantity, Category, and Description.
- 2. Upload & Map Headers: Upload your CSV in the Import dialog and verify column alignments.
- 3. Validation & Ingestion: Click "Execute Import". The system validates prices and stock numbers, creating active catalog records in seconds.
