Overview of Administrative Backups

While CSV exports provide spreadsheet summaries, Administrative Backup Jobs create complete, structural JSON archives capturing relational IDs, settings, legal terms, and chat histories.

Creating an On-Demand Backup Job

To initiate a full backup:

1. Trigger Export Job: In Dashboard -> Data & Security, click "Create Full Backup". The request dispatches an asynchronous backup worker with automated status tracking.
2. Track Progress in History: The job appears in your Backup History list advancing through `pending` ➔ `processing` ➔ `completed`.
3. Secure Download: Once complete, click "Download Archive" to receive a time-stamped, compressed JSON archive.
