Shopping Cart Drawer Experience

When visitors browse your storefront, clicking "Add to Cart" or "Order Now" opens the sliding cart drawer. Shoppers can adjust quantities, remove items, review real-time subtotal calculations, and proceed to checkout.

Loyalty Points Redemption at Checkout

If your site operates an active Loyalty Program and the customer is signed in, the checkout drawer displays their eligible point balance. Customers can toggle "Redeem Points" to convert points into an instant cash discount subject to your minimum threshold and maximum order discount percentage limits.

Order Dispatch & Payment Integration

When the customer clicks "Place Order", the request is dispatched securely to the order intake engine. If online payment is configured, the customer is prompted with an M-Pesa STK push prompt or redirected to card checkout.
