Creating Your First Business Organization
Provision your business organization container: set legal registered names, operating currencies, primary contact numbers, and industry classifications.
What is an Organization?
In BusinessPlus, the Organization is the top-level parent entity that owns billing subscriptions, team collaborator rosters, and multi-site branches.
Organization Provisioning Steps
During initial sign-up or from Dashboard -> Organizations -> "+ New Organization":
- 1. Business Name: Enter your official registered trade name or company name.
- 2. Industry Classification: Select your sector (Retail, Food & Beverage, Salon & Beauty, Healthcare, Professional Services, Real Estate, Construction, etc.).
- 3. Operating Currency: Select your default currency (e.g. `KES - Kenyan Shilling`, `USD`, `EUR`, `UGX`, `TZS`).
- 4. Official Contact Details: Provide your customer support phone number and primary corporate email.
