Renewing Your Subscription

To renew or upgrade your platform plan, navigate to Dashboard -> Settings -> Organization -> Billing (`/dashboard/settings/organization/billing`) or click "Renew Now" on any subscription banner.

Step-by-Step Payment Instructions

To complete renewal:

1. Select Plan & Billing Cycle: Choose your desired tier (Starter, Growth, Business Pro) and select Monthly or Annual billing.
2. Choose Payment Method: Select "M-Pesa STK Push" or "Credit/Debit Card".
3. Authorize Payment: For M-Pesa, enter your phone number to receive the PIN prompt on your handset; for cards, complete the 3D Secure modal.
4. Instant Account Reactivation: The billing verification service validates the payment, restores full write access, and unlocks all platform capabilities immediately.
