Customer Product Reviews & Moderation

Collect authentic customer ratings, written reviews, and photo uploads on storefront product pages, and moderate submissions from the dashboard.

Customer Review Submission Workflow

Customers visiting any item detail page (`/product/:id`) can submit verified product feedback:

Star Rating: Select a rating from 1 to 5 stars.
Written Review & Name: Enter a written review and reviewer display name.
Customer Photo Uploads: Upload authentic product photos demonstrating the received item in use.

Dashboard Review Moderation

To prevent spam or inappropriate content, navigate to Dashboard -> Reviews (`/dashboard/reviews`) to inspect all submitted feedback. Authorized staff can approve reviews for publication, archive feedback, or post public staff responses.

Storefront Ratings Display

Approved reviews appear in the review gallery on the product detail page, and the product's aggregate star rating and total review count update dynamically on storefront catalog cards.
