Incentivize repeat business by launching a customer loyalty program: set point earning ratios, define redemption thresholds, and automate reward tracking.
Setting Up Loyalty Rules
Navigate to Dashboard -> Loyalty & Rewards. Enable the program and define the reward ratio (e.g., earn 1 point for every KSh 100 spent).
Point Redemption & Discounts
Define redemption rules (e.g. 50 points = KSh 500 discount on checkout). Customers can view accumulated points and redeem rewards during storefront checkout or WhatsApp purchases.
