Customer Product Reviews & Moderation

Collect, review, and moderate customer ratings, text reviews, and photo uploads on your product detail pages.

Customer Review Submission

Customers visiting any item detail page (`/product/:id`) can submit product feedback:

Star Rating: Select a rating from 1 to 5 stars.
Written Feedback & Name: Enter a written review and reviewer display name.
Photo Uploads: Upload authentic product photos demonstrating the received item in use.

Review Moderation Dashboard

To prevent spam or inappropriate content, navigate to Dashboard -> Reviews (/dashboard/reviews) to inspect all submitted feedback. Authorized staff can approve reviews for publication, archive feedback, or post public staff responses.

Storefront Display & Ratings Calculation

Approved reviews appear in the review gallery on the product detail page, and the product's aggregate star rating and total review count update dynamically on storefront catalog cards.
